James founded Northsphere in 2018 after fifteen years in leveraged finance and sponsor coverage at Goldman Sachs and Rothschild. He leads the firm's LBO advisory practice and maintains direct relationships with over forty European private equity sponsors.

His transaction experience spans healthcare, technology services, and industrial sectors, with aggregate deal value exceeding EUR 8 billion across platform acquisitions, recapitalisations, and exits.

Elena joined Northsphere in 2019, bringing a decade of venture capital and growth equity experience from Index Ventures and Lazard. She leads the firm's venture advisory practice and advises founders from pre-seed through Series B and beyond.

She has structured over sixty early-stage financing rounds and is recognised as a leading advisor on cap table architecture, convertible instruments, and fund formation across European venture markets.

David brings twenty years of M&A experience to Northsphere, having previously served as a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey and a Director in the M&A group at Morgan Stanley. He leads the firm's sell-side and buy-side mandate execution.

His sector focus includes technology-enabled business services, industrial technology, and healthcare. He has advised on over eighty completed transactions across European mid-market mandates.
